“Dr. Bliss and the entire team were absolutely incredible. My nine-year-old English Bulldog had to have an eye removed, and from the very first visit I felt she was in the best possible hands. The surgery went smoothly, and the level of care they showed both during and after the procedure was exceptional. They even called the next day to check on her recovery, and a few days later I received a thoughtful card in the mail sending her well wishes. Such a sweet and unexpected touch.

“Dr Smith was AMAZING, helped me with my cat who came in with a leg wound and a swollen ankle. Got him some anti biotics and anti inflammatory meds. Kitty is on the mend. Dr smith was so factual and gave me every option possible before heading to the surgery and amputation route. Was so cost effective. I’m so glad to be a client here. Thank you Kambrea and Dr Smith. “Most amazing vet I’ve been to, my husband and I rescued a guinea pig and we believed she just had ovarian cysts so we scheduled the surgery for her to try to save her life. During her surgery, Dr.winters found that she had cancer in her uterus, spleen, and liver. We were shattered but made the decision to put her to sleep so she didn’t have to suffer anymore. Thank you so much for all that you did for her, we love being a client here as you treat our exotic animals with love and care. The staff is also extremely sweet and we’re so compassionate, this is the only place where I’ll take my exotic animals. The best vet and staff we’ve found. “We were new in town and I needed a vet for my precious pet rats. I called a few in town that treated rats but none were available. I happened to be in Petsmart when I thought to ask the Banfield receptionist if they had any vets who were familiar with rats. She was so kind and positive when she told me they did and would I like an appt that afternoon?! I was thrilled! I took my babies in and was so impressed with the service I received, made Banfield my “go to” vet hospital for all my rats! Over the months, the friendly, professional staff treated my pets with compassion, whether they were sick or sadly, needed to be euthanized. I recommend Banfield now for any pet people who need timely appointments with caring and competent professionals.”

“Called on Wednesday afternoon with concerns of my kittens showing signs of respiratory infections. I was placed on a brief hold and was able to be scheduled for 10am the following day. Very appreciative that they could get us in so quickly! I believe the vet I saw was Dr. Anderson and she was amazing with answering my questions and taking concerns for my kittens. I am grateful to be establishing care here for my pets. We got sent home with medication, yes there was a little bit of a wait to get the medication but that's to be expected when they have other patients. I will continue to bring my animals here. My babies are now 3 doses into their medication and I can already see such a difference in how they're feeling. Thank you Roxy Ann for your concern for my kitties.”

“I loved the staff and the vet that worked on my dog. The reason for 4 stars is it is a long wait as it’s first come first serve . Overall the visit was very informative and thorough.”
“Neutered my rabbit. My rabbit recovered well. The veterinarian is straightforward and very fair on price. When we spoke with him I was confident that he would treat my pet right and I wouldn't have to worry about his well being.
He was very willing to give at home after care instructions to ensure my rabbit would be comfortable. He also received an antibiotic injection before leaving to prevent infection.
