“I've used this office for about 10 years. I'm currently managing my 13yr old shepherd mix arthritis pain and aging issues. We came in for a check up and I was offered diagnostic packages. They did not pressure me or make judgemental faces when I said no but suggested a minimal amount of something to manage pain if it becomes worse suddenly which I am happy to have on hand should the need arise. The Dr explained her current status, a likely diagnosis and we discussed supplements, diet and excercise to manage her pain and quality of life. I've had 2 pets euthanized here in their old age and when the time comes I will use this office again. They have always been helpful, professional and empathetic. If you ask they do nail trims for $20 if you dont use a regular groomer.”
“Dr. Wicklund is a wonderful vet. We had such a nice experience saying goodbye to our dog, Cheerio, because of her. She was thoughtful in explaining the euthanasia process and very compassionate. It is so nice that she makes it possible to say goodbye in the comfort of home. We are very thankful for the experience even though it was a sad ocassion. I highly recommend her.”

“I have been going here for7 years with different pets. Dr. Tegarden was recommended to me by my veterinarian in Klamath Falls when we moved to the Rogue Valley. It's a bit of a drive from Eagle Point, but well worth it. The staff and all of the different doctors I have seen over the years have been great. Very pleased with their care for my pets.”
“I've been taking my dogs to Phoenix Animal Hospital since we moved to Medford in 2024. Last summer our 15 yr old labradoodle, Lucy, took a turn for the worse after years of liver failure. We knew it was time to say goodbye. Both my husband and I were impressed with the sweet and calm way the procedure was performed with a caring vet as we let Lucy go. “They were able to get my cat in same day who was experiencing symptoms of a uti. The dr was so informative and asked alot of questions about my cats health. They were able to prescribe antibiotics and everyone was super nice and helpful. You do have to pay the exam fee to hold your appointment, which didn’t bother me just something to consider.”

“Our B.Terrier has been going to Dr. Poet 4+ yrs & just had her teeth cleaned. Unlike other Vet Offices Dr. Poet takes the care/time to phone the anxious Owners himself with updates. “I have had several visits and they have all been out standing. The staff is courteous and explain services effectively. I had to put a 15 year old cat down and it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I have two kittens that are getting their shots and I am always treated nice and fair. I don't think they are taking new patients but I would try the wait list”
“Love this vet office very kind and sweet with your animals, be cautious with the care plan... Kind of spendy to end if you cannot afford to pay the $60 a month cost.
Will still return but pay per visit of needed.”
“Even though the cost to do business with Banfield is much higher than other vets that I have been to, I recieve better service from them and I am willing to pay the higher price in order to get the best service for my pets.”

“I’ve taken several dogs here. I’ve seen Dr Brudges and Dr Van. They both are great. They take their time. The are so kind. I had to have 2 dogs put to sleep due to illness and Dr Brudges was the most caring vet I’ve even had the pleasure to bring my pets to. The vet techs are so caring also.”
