“I've used this office for about 10 years. I'm currently managing my 13yr old shepherd mix arthritis pain and aging issues. We came in for a check up and I was offered diagnostic packages. They did not pressure me or make judgemental faces when I said no but suggested a minimal amount of something to manage pain if it becomes worse suddenly which I am happy to have on hand should the need arise. The Dr explained her current status, a likely diagnosis and we discussed supplements, diet and excercise to manage her pain and quality of life. I've had 2 pets euthanized here in their old age and when the time comes I will use this office again. They have always been helpful, professional and empathetic. If you ask they do nail trims for $20 if you dont use a regular groomer.”
“They were able to get my cat in same day who was experiencing symptoms of a uti. The dr was so informative and asked alot of questions about my cats health. They were able to prescribe antibiotics and everyone was super nice and helpful. You do have to pay the exam fee to hold your appointment, which didn’t bother me just something to consider.”
“I’ve taken several dogs here. I’ve seen Dr Brudges and Dr Van. They both are great. They take their time. The are so kind. I had to have 2 dogs put to sleep due to illness and Dr Brudges was the most caring vet I’ve even had the pleasure to bring my pets to. The vet techs are so caring also.”

“I've been taking my dogs to Phoenix Animal Hospital since we moved to Medford in 2024. Last summer our 15 yr old labradoodle, Lucy, took a turn for the worse after years of liver failure. We knew it was time to say goodbye. Both my husband and I were impressed with the sweet and calm way the procedure was performed with a caring vet as we let Lucy go. We appreciated how it all went so smoothly and quietly without pain or trauma. Rest in Peace, Lucy. We'll miss you.”

“I have been going here for7 years with different pets. Dr. Tegarden was recommended to me by my veterinarian in Klamath Falls when we moved to the Rogue Valley. It's a bit of a drive from Eagle Point, but well worth it. The staff and all of the different doctors I have seen over the years have been great. Very pleased with their care for my pets.”
“Brought my miniature schnauzer in when I thought she was having an emergency. Doc was great and didn’t even charge when it was a false alarm. Doc is only interested in doing his job, NOT in chatting about nonsense. He was very personable after we spoke for a bit about business matters. He is simply DIRECT & if you can deal with direct, he’s great. I will absolutely go back with my pup. He’s very old school, which some of us appreciate. People over 50 will love him, he’s like every Dr was when we were young.”

Took around 1 hour for all three and their teeth look so nice. The folks working there are so nice!
