“I had a great experience at H&K and wanted to share. I came in with my dad who was visiting from California, and Megan behind the counter made a lasting impression. She was so kind and welcoming, taking the time to chat with him about his trip and making him feel genuinely appreciated. It might seem like a small thing, but it really made his visit more special. I am very grateful for that level of care and hospitality. Thank you, Megan.”
