Truly amazing customer service! There was a mix-up in my order, and Lewis went out of his way to make sure that my order was quickly straightened out, going significantly beyond what I expected. Super rare and welcome personal service! Highly recommend.

I found Northwest Timber through Blacktail Studio, they have some of the most insanely figured hardwoods I’ve ever seen.
The prices are high per board foot but the wood is very high quality. They’re almost perfectly free of defects.
