“To be honest, I only went in for a restroom and possible information on how to access the East Moraine Trail overlooking Wallowa Lake without having to use the Western Trailhead, which took me too long to attempt the day before. The gentleman working there, with his two dogs, said there's a path the locals take. Unfortunately, I never found it.
This is a very cool store and if I had more time, I'm sure I would have found something... There are antique old American West rifles hanging from the walls and the bathroom had current gun magazines to read while, well, you know....
The whole store smells of rich, top grain leather, which was pleasing. Highly recommend.”

“A truly impressive selection of flies and every kind of necessary tackle. The flies were very affordable, especially compared to what most fly shops charge these days.
The owner, Rob, is one of the nicest people I've met and more than willing to help me with any of my many beginner questions. He gave me plenty of pointers, advice, and spots to fish. Couldn't be happier with my visit.
And his horse is awesome!”
