“It has been a hard summer with the fleas. Our 10 yr old dog & cat have never had fleas (at least not that we knew of) and it has been nothing but scratching & itching in our house. The assistant was good but the Dr. was so awesome. She took the time to explain a lot of things I wasnt aware of when it comes to feas. Which BTW are sooo disgusting. Sorry I digress. The whole clinic is great. They have empathy, compassion, patience and no judgement!! So glad we switched!”

“I can not even begin to express my gratitude enough for having found this clinic! My poor pup had an issue with her eye, and I could find no one in the Central Oregon area to see her quickly. The folks at Riverbrook took my request seriously - we got an appointment right away and Dr. Browning, the veterinarian, called me directly to discuss my dog's eye issues. We drove 3 hours to see them and it was beyond worth it! We received top notch service and results! I'm happy to report that Dr. Browning's assessment, recommendations, and fast action possibly saved our dog's eye! I would highly recommend Riverbrook to anyone who needs a vet and wants someone they can count on and trust. I might even make him our primary vet - it's truly worth the 3 hour drive!”

“I was from out of town traveling with my two dogs one of them was not doing well and couldn't use her back leg when I called for an appointment they got me an appointment with Dr Lahm I absolutely loved him he was great with Daisy and she had no problems with him she seemed very comfortable letting him check her he told me what she needed and gave me options never pushing anything that she didn't need like some Vets iv been to. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care I would highly recommend this VCA for your pets.”

“My cat was seen promptly and Dr Sweitzer carefully diagnosed my cats urinary complaint and provided her medications in house. She even solved some diet and hydration problems in my 3 cat household by suggesting that I give them dry food wetted with water. This strategy is working. Even the front office people are helpful, courteous and kind. They have many medications in stock so I don't have to order them. I was very happy with the fee.”

The care plan is a good value and helps make sure they’re seen for regular checkups throughout the year. They remind me when it’s time to schedule an appointment, they’re open on weekends, which is really convenient, and everyone is always friendly and genuinely seems to care about my dogs.”
