Jason spoke professionally and unlike other shops didn't try milking me for all they could get.
Jason advised of multiple options but advised a specific option would give me what I was looking for & if not we'd could always go with plan B.
Went with what Jason suggested and as advised was thoroughly happy with the finished product at less of a cost.
Do not think I'll need to add another option but the way I was treated & getting what I desired at fraction of other's quotes.

“Spilled milk in the car became a curdled nightmare. Unbearable foul stench brought me to Rugged Cross. After explaining the issue, Mr. Walls asked to have my vehicle for an entire day. He deep cleaned the upholstery, and used enzyme products and ozone machine to rid the vehicle of the stench. End result: car looked like new, smell was gone. Reasonable price, excellent customer service. I felt listened to, and my issue genuinely cared about. Rugged Cross is extremely, highly recommended.”
“My car's oil change was way overdue I used to go to Valvoline for an oil change but a few weeks back I was at the Jiffy Lube on Lancaster in State Street when I pulled in because I had a blinker bulb out. The guy there changed the bulb and didn't charge me anything for it; he just asked that I start going to Jiffy Lube for my cars' needs. All of my experiences with Jiffy Lube have been amazing. especially the one in Keizer.”
