βThis is the place! If you have a sprinter and don’t do your own work, just bring it here. They know how to work it to the standard. A/c was fried and of course I figured it was the pulleys or my auxiliary belt/ pulley since I have a separate A/c for passenger rear, but it wasn’t even close. Good thing I didn’t start throwing money at it because Mikel, the mechanic fixed an electrical issue. A/c is back up and running cold! I appreciate a good clean loner, thanks for Chewbacca while I waited on a Friday.β
βI've had my car serviced twice now by Dave Power Automotive & Marine on 12th St. An oil change and vehicle safety inspection the first time, and a transmission flush today. They are a very busy shop, but Henry and the crew members are all helpful and address my concerns and answer my questions with clarity and patience.
I appreciate that they don't talk down to me or treat me dismissively as I've experienced at other shops in the past. I feel that my vehicle and safety on the road is in good hands.
They will not do work that doesn't need doing, and they give clear guidance on what needs to be done, both urgently and at a later date. They are trustworthy.

βTech took the time to explain what he was doing and taught me a lot. They had me in and out for a 4-wheel alignment within an hour. Also pointed out that my recent DIY under-hood light was causing my hood to stay open an inch so I was able to fix that. Great people! Will come again for my next alignment!β

βI always enjoy stopping at this Jiffy Lube location for a quick oil change, or more detailed services. Today I got an oil change and had my brake fluid flushed, & it was all done in less than 20 minutes. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t mind if you stay in your car, yet they offer to take you inside for coffee and will take care of the rest for you. Window washing & light vacuuming are complimentary as well! 10/10 experience every time!β

βOn March 29 of this year, I was driving from my home in Bellevue, WA to my sister’s home in Salem, OR. When on HWY 205, my car was rear-ended in a 5-car pileup.
I was able to drive it to my sister’s house but knew it needed significant body repair.
The next day, upon my sister’s 100% recommendation, we took my car to Traditional Auto Body & Paint in West Salem. We arrived before the shop was open but Susan came to us and said, “Come inside where it is warm, to wait for the technicians.” This much-needed kindness set the tone for five weeks of incredible care and patience. Jonathan Mayorga, Robert Anderson, and all the technicians paid attention to my unique/personal situation in dealing with insurance, my health issues and even getting back home. The professional expertise given to repair my car motivates me to post a FIVE STAR review AND 100% recommendation for TRADITIONAL AUTO BODY & PAINT.
The initial examination of my vehicle was thorough, and details were well explained to me. I was updated frequently via phone calls and email regarding estimates and insurance coverage. The full repair of my car was completed in a timely manner, done to my 100% satisfaction, and was cleaned, inside and out, better than it has ever been.
I was pleased to be given a detailed report of all the repair that was done, so that I will be able to share this with my repair shop in Bellevue, WA.
I certainly do not wish the necessity of auto repair for anyone but, if the occasion does occur, I would highly recommend TRADITIONAL AUTO BODY & PAINT, Salem, Oregon.

βFrom the first call to Westgate Auto, Jose made me feel good about bringing my car in. Not only did he get me in right away, but he worked on a few things in the car that was bothering me. βI know they won’t cheat you because my problem turned out to be in the driveline. They fixed it and charged me the one hour diagnostic fee. If that is not enough, my climate control fan wouldn’t turn down or off all of a sudden when I got there, no, not even when I turned the truck off. The dude unplugged it and walked me through the most likely fix, he was right BTW. The blower motor resistor.β
βTop notch service!!! Carlos went above and beyond to help us when we broke down at the end of the day, about 500 miles from home (penultimate day of our driving vacation to the Arctic). Our radiator went out at the Pilot across the freeway from Carlos’s shop. He stopped by on his way home to check it out, and penciled is in for the next morning. The estimate for the repair was reasonable, and he had it replaced and we were on the road the next morning by 10:30. We are so lucky!!! Thank you, Carlos!!β

βI usually dont leave reviews, but dabler auto body deserves it. I was really shocked at how perfect my truck was when they were done with it. The paint job, most of all was immaculate/perfect/and flawless. Perfect blend, perfect paint match. Amazed, you cannot even notice the truck was ever repaired but looks brand new, 5 star!!!!
