“This review is for Brye Bishop the pharmacy manager at the Safeway in Keizer. My daughter was having issues with her perscription at her old pharmacy after loosing her health insurance coverage. She now had to pay out of pocket for her RX and the price was excesive. So we decided to look online and found a cupon for the medication she needed we were not sure if the cupon would work. She took the cupon went to the Safeway pharmacy and was able to receive the help she needed. Brye answered questions and was able to help solve the issue right away she was curteous, kind and understanding. She sent a RX transfer to her old phamacy made her an acct. And added the cupon to that acount for when the perscription was switched over and she picked it up the cupon would be respected. She gave her a business card with her name in case she needed additional help or had questions she also wrote the pharmacy hours in the back. This was also close to pharmacy closing time she could have sent my daughter away and told her to come back the next day but she didnt and helped solve the issue in less than 10min. Her perscription was ready for pick up not even 24hrs. Later and the cupon was able to save her 70% off. I want to thank her for being so kind and helpful and wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves for great customer service.”
