“Helpful, didn't feel too many intrusive or bothersome vibes, as I often shop slowly and read every label, along with some disabilities that can make shopping harder for me, which at other Walgreens seems to cause some associates to treat me differently or look at me strangely :/ this store is well stocked usually and they will check stock for you and not get on ur tailpipe for shopping near close.. they r open til midnight, which is cool since there's no more 24 hour Walgreens here.”

“I placed a pick up order and went inside for a few things. I really like this Safeway. It's a decent sized store without being huge or overwhelming. The employees I interacted with were nice and helpful. Even in the produce section with 3 people working I walked around freely checking out the fruits and veges and I didn't get any of that 'you're in my way' vibe which is so so nice. The fruits and veges looked amazing by the way. It was my first visit to this Safeway and I will returning for all the above reasons and because it's relatively close to my house.”

“We came from out of town to a school field trip on Capitol Day. We found out there that the school was providing lunch, and my son is lactose intolerant. We had forgotten to bring Lactaid so he could eat pizza. We googled the closest pharmacy, and it was right inside Salem Hospital. I would have had a lot of trouble finding it if it weren't for GPS that guided me right to it. They sold lactaid pills, and my son was happy he could eat pizza with the school on this outing. Thank you!”
“Willamette Compounding Pharmacy is top notch as a local compounding pharmacy. I switched over to them once I learned that they carried one of my scripts for a larger quantity and at a better price. They are located in the Quisenberry Pharmacies building in downtown Salem and have free parking located behind the building, which you can access through any of the alleys located on Ferry, Liberty (you'll have to weave around and past the nearby bank's parking spaces), and State St SE. I also have to give the pharmacist Sammi a shoutout, who demonstrates great service. He's been reachable and is quickly responsive over the phone, helpful, kind, and professional. I've been floored at his quick turnaround times (generally within a couple of hours on the same day), which surpasses my expectations compared to the major retailer pharmacies that will often have their scripts out of stock or backordered. There's only a small staff I've seen when I've come in to pick up my scripts, but you see them working hard on the frontlines and have been pleasant to work with at checkout. As soon as this outfit gets equipment to compound hormone cream I'll be happy to provide them additional business!”
“Well I found this bakery in good shape and very much clean, certainly appealing to the eye as the donuts had perfectly nice round holes, the cup cakes were xxxtremely tantalizing and really all was very, very good! Until I get around to the beautiful and fabulous Barbarian Creams... This was just 2 much to handle all that luscious Boston cream pie oozing out every where sweet,thick and delicious beautiful dark chocolate donut All but made me go *""* well I'm sure you get it by now... right .. eat rite now and above all just " KEEP IT CASUAL" By 4 now until next time. . chow”

“Switched to this Walgreens from another location that was pure chaos—and I’m honestly mad I didn’t do it sooner.
This team is on it. Prescriptions actually get processed on time (imagine that), not sitting in a queue for days or mysteriously disappearing into the void. Everything is organized, efficient, and handled without the usual runaround.
Staff is friendly, helpful, and you can tell they actually know what they’re doing. It’s night and day compared to my previous experience.
Hands down the best Walgreens I’ve used so far. If you’re tired of delays and confusion, this is the one you want.”

This pharmacy is what healthcare should feel like. The staff are consistently kind, competent, and genuinely attentive — not rushed, not dismissive, not robotic. They take the time to explain medications clearly, answer questions without attitude, and treat you like a human being instead of a transaction.
Prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently, communication is solid, and if there’s ever an issue, they handle it with professionalism and follow-through (a rare art these days). The atmosphere is calm, organized, and welcoming — which matters more than people realize when you’re dealing with health stuff.
Trustworthy, reliable, and refreshingly humane. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Wow! New Employees are beyond great! I can't see enough about how much these three employees changed the entire dynamic of the West Salem store! Store was clean, employees were attentive. The gentleman that does the pickup orders is super quick and efficient. I had such a problem with the app again glitching out during my online shopping experience for my pickup order it took me almost an hour to complete it and I was so frustrated. Then at the end the screen said it would be ready the following day rather than what it had said the entire time I was showing which was 30 minutes or less and I was quite frustrated because I needed the items same day and it was evening time but I would not have completed the order had I known I needed to wait till the next day. So when I went into the store I asked if there was any possibility they could make an exception in that I would be willing to help shop for the items if needed and lo and behold I look over and the gentleman had already shopped and bagged my entire order within 10 minutes of placing it. I was so impressed and so thankful. I also had a return of a Christmas gift that I had bought for my daughter that was a substitution on an order that she did not really care for and time got away from me and I was a few days over the 30 day return policy so I asked the manager if there was any way that they could make an exception cuz I go in there a lot and I would be happy with the store credit and she said yes long as you have your license we can do that and was so quick and efficient and friendly. I had had such a hard day and they just made it so much better by making everything work out so easily! I also purchased a few Valentine's gifts for my daughter while I was there and the prices were great everything was 20% off and the gentleman that was working the checkout was friendly and quick and I was just really pleased with all the new employees there, it was a completely different shopping experience. Thank you so much for the superb customer service and your friendly smiles!”
“Thomas... The pharmacy manager here is fantastic... Very knowledgeable about VA and the issues veterans face with prescriptions and emergency room visit.. he reduced our 202.00 bill down to 45.00 with his knowledge. I'm blown away by his energy, knowledge and helpfulness..
