Great place to do business customer service is great will go back for sure Mike and Adam are great people very helpful very kind very generous and friendly and nice very helpful great people to talk to very very helpful highly recommended I will always go to Adam and Mike their customer service is the best 5 out of 5 I highly recommend Adam and Mike they are great people to have for friends too I go into keizer REI all the time and Mike and Adam are very very kind very very friendly and nice warm hearted they care about their customers they are very very helpful will keep going back Mike and Adam have very great customer service they are highly recommended I will always recommend Mike and Adam great people to do business with will always come back and do business with Mike and Adam 5 out of 5 review or 10 out of 10 review for Mike and Adam Mike and Adam are the best I love doing business with them they are very kind and generous and warm hearted and they care for their friends and customers will always come back to talk to Mike and Adam they are highly recommended to do business with for sure very knowledgeable very quick very good at what they do

Generally good solution and the discount rack of returns is a plus. The lack of any shopping bag accommodation - even paper ones - is a laughable political statement. Content to shop here about once a year but have expanded horizons to bass pro style shops.

Manager approachhed me and my girl Shasta. Shasta is a well behaved English Cream Retreiver and said she had to stay in the car.
It was over 90 degrees outside! Several customers and emplyees came up to greet her and said she was a great girl. Shasta has just about every dog item REI sells.

Purchased new hiking shoes today. Hartley helped me out and eagerly got me 6 or so different pairs to try on. He was a cool dude and had great customer service. Would recommend this store for hiking shoes 🤙🏽

Richard was great. Super helpful and really knew his stuff. Went through about 10 bags before we were able to find one that fit me right and he was patient the whole time. Really made buying my first backpacking pack a breeze

Not a great experience. The employees seem afraid to speak to customers. That or they are just being crushed by working for a union buster, not sure.

The care the gentleman behind the counter took to ensure my daughter got the right bike with the proper fit, and proper accessorized was outstanding. We have been with REI for over 20 years, and the Kaiser location has become our favorite. Thank you for making our daughter's birthday gift exactly what she was looking for.

The staff at this store has been amazing. Every time we’ve been in, the staff members we’ve interacted with have been really great. We had to do an exchange today and Brett worked with us. He was very professional, helpful, and kind.
