“My review is for this Branch specifically. Not only this branch but more specifically Ryan Buckley. I've been dealing with what most people dread the thought of, fraud! I found out Wednesday morning that a fraud check was written on my account and I was in such a panic, I called the customer service hotline to begin my morning. To say the lady who answered the phone was not helpful is an under statement. Not only was she not helpful, but when I explained to her the situation (my own mother stole my bank account info and wrote a fraud check) the rep. told me there was nothing that could be done except contact my mother and tell her to pay me back. (We havent spoken in about a year). After hearing that I was furious. At this point all I wanted to do was close my account with Chase and open elsewhere. I decided I would go on my lunch break to a branch and try to find solutions- since my paycheck was going to be direct deposited that night. When I walked in I was hesistant since this isnt my normal branch. When meeting Ryan he did everything he could- calling every number he knew to ask for ways to assist, and looking for his branch manager for ideas as well. When I thought all hope was lost, he tried one last number and we found the best solution for the problem. This is probably the best feeling when you're being taken care of. Ryan really knows what its like to give top notch customer service, and I hope everyone here knows what a great employee they have!”

“They have a drive through with a real person in it! Dog treats and cookies available in the lobby. Tellers are all really nice and willing to go the extra mile. Even when waiting for our checks to get processed, they kept coming up making sure we knew they were still actively working on the issue. Bank lobby itself is bright and clean. Excited to hopefully make this our regular branch.”

“This is my favorite bank. The staff are extremely friendly, and usually know their customers by the first name when they walk in. They always ask how I'm doing and what I have been up to. It seems like they really care...or at least I think they do. =) I have been to other banks before, and all they care about is taking your money and a lot of them aren't as friendly. It doesn't feel that way when I bank here. Plus, Bank of the West has a bear as their mascot...how cool is that?!?!”

“I came to the Beaverton Town Square branch after starting a process with the Peterkort Branch. I was worried about glitches in the process, which unfortunately turned out to be true (including some mistakes I had made). Associate Banker Natalie Lisichenko handled my case professionally, even though I was not presenting my best self that day. Stephanie Campbell stepped in to assist and spent valuable time with me to walk me through every step and ensure the process was completed accurately. This was very generous and gave me great assurance during a very difficult time. I really appreciate Stephanie Campbell and Natalie Lisichencko's professionalism and caring hearts. “When I first moved to Portland I lived in Northeast. While I was in downtown on business I was told that Bank of America was the only bank that would give rolls of quarters. I did get rolls of quarters at the other branch. There were a few random older white men who were inside this bank the week of 9/11 which was 2001. I was changing a larger bill into smaller bills at the front counter or desk and a random older white man accused me of stealing his money. I told the bank manager who was standing behind the bank teller that I have a receipt for my withdrawal at my bank. I was told there wouldn't be any further problems with my account in the future. I told the random older white man that he was "creeping me out" as he was following me when I was walking out of the walkway to the front door. The random older white man was escorted out by bank security. He yelled for a passing PPB vehicle that he was "robbed at gunpoint while inside the bank." He didn't have an account at this branch and was told not to come inside again. I haven't been inside this branch or location since 2001.”

“I don't personally bank here but I had such a great experience with my teller Alex. Very professional. Great conversation. Covered all the bases. Just figured it's nice to give some recognition where it's due. He handled all my questions with ease, and was very friendly. Times are very hard right now during a global pandemic and the stress everyone has these days, it's nice to see some people who can roll with the punches and still get it done, because working in customer service I can say during these times some people are still very inconsiderate and sometimes rude to these essential workers as Ive dealt with and witnessed it myself, so I'm sure he's dealt with these issues and still seemed to be enjoying his job. my mom banks here and she always has nice things to say about this location as well and I see why. Thanks !”

“I have never been a huge fan of banks, but this location is always so friendly that even on busy days when I have to wait in line for a few minutes I don't really mind. The staff remembers me and where I work and always asks how I am and takes the time to make conversation. I don't feel like just a transaction when I come in to this branch. I have had bad service at other locations, but never here!”
