“My husband had wanted an Omega Speedmaster Professional forever! We definitely wanted to buy local and were thrilled to find an Omega authorized dealer relatively close to our home. We called Smith and Bevill and spoke with Bill Bevill who confirmed they had the watch in stock. He warned us he had some appointments but to come in. Bill was great! He was busy but still took very good care of us. He was so knowledgeable and we learned some interesting facts. The watch is beautiful and we had a great buying experience thanks to Bill!Happy Anniversary Dear!”

“Went to sell a piece of jewelry that ended up being fake, not the point. There was some creepy old dude inside that kept staring at and following me and my girlfriend around the store, something I was totally oblivious to. The clerk who was helping us earlier handed me a note informing me of this, and told us that we were welcome to hang around until we felt comfortable enough to leave. 10/10 customer service and I wasn’t even a real customer. If nothing else I recommend doing business here because you can rest assured that you will be dealing with very professional, thoughtful people who truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment. Wish I remembered to get the guy’s name, but thank you anyways kind stranger!”

“I went to Kassab Jewelers in downtown Portland for my fiancé’s engagement ring. Kassab had cuts of diamonds that I hadn’t found while researching other jewelers. From the beginning the experience was wonderful. Sandra was so helpful, she showed me a couple different cuts of the diamond style I liked, then through her expertise she helped me find the perfect setting for the diamond I chose. She was very communicative and kind throughout the entire process, and apart from her creative direction still made me feel that what I was buying was fairly priced, authentic, and one of a kind. I’ll be going to Kassab’s for all my diamond and jewelry needs. It’s been a Portland staple since 1975, and after my experience I can see why.”
“Ryan is wonderful! She helped my man pick out a spectacular engagement ring, and when I lost the big diamond a few months later she picked me out a perfect diamond to replace it. She even made sure it was done on my timeline because the 3 week standard waiting time was too much for when I needed it by. Always get the insurance folks! I'm sure they take great care of everyone, but it helps them help you if something does go wrong. I always enjoy coming in to get my ring cleaned because it just feels so right in there!
