KeyCorp's products and services are delivered through branches, a network of over 1,200 ATMs, telephone banking centers, and digital platforms, including the Key.com website and mobile app. Customers have had mixed experiences with KeyBank. Some have praised the bank's employees, particularly the new branch manager who is bilingual and Key4Women certified, specializing in helping women in business. A small business owner also commended the small business branch manager, Cori T., for her willingness and attentive guidance in helping the client navigate their financial projects. However, another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the bank's overall service, describing it as terrible, until they were assisted by a banker named Jabob, who provided excellent customer service.
The employees who show up for their shifts are amazing. The new branch manager is phenomenal. BONUS she is bilingual and key4women certified and specializes in helping women in business. The world needs more strong female leaders like Brenda!

The workers do great but whoever is in charge of this branch discriminates against medical conditions and women.
