I don’t know why this bank has such low ratings maybe it’s because I only do deposits Staff is fine .

I stopped into this KeyBank location to pull some money out of my account, I was promptly greeted and assisted by Teller Heather. The branch itself is a little tricky to get in and out of off Highway 99, it is clean well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. I'll be in next time I am in the area.
