“Very helpful. I needed a battery for my Jeep key fob. I gave the key fob to employee, he found the correct battery and replaced it. I walked out with a working key fob. Thank you, NAPA auto.”
“I purchased a used car 1+ years ago, there were a few issues needing attention and I called to ask for an exception to be applied to the normal "As Is" type sale, since I felt some of the problems were overlooked in error. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. At about the time I was explaining that I had in fact called, the salesman that took my call stopped by his desk and told him I had indeed called, and that my call was forwarded to the service department but again, there was a breakdown in communications. The sales manager immediately ordered a loaner brought up to the office (brand new) and insisted I leave my car with them. This dealer proceeded to not only fix my complaints, but found other items needing a little attention and made ALL repairs at NO CHARGE, and even threw in a car wash. I am now convinced their intent was pure, they don't want something going out the door if it ain't right. One other thing.....the service writers get 5 stars, especially Daniel. He was very patient with this crusty old man, and a big thank you to Neil, the sales manager. I'll be back when we wear out the one we got.”
“I must write about my great experience with Keith and company regarding the repair of my pickup. I ran into wall banging up my bumper and its sensor. I took my truck to K & D who gave me a estimate, jury rig the sensor so that i could go elk hunting for a month, then, when i came back, quickly set up the repairs for less money than the estimate. WOW. Pretty neat and a big thank you to K and D!

They were able to match the paint perfectly and get it back to me better than new within 3 weeks!! Brad was extremely thorough and dealt with my anxiety! “There's always that one person that has no consideration for other people's stuff I took a couple batteries in to have them charged in the guy just dropped some on the counter which causes cell breakage no respect for other people's stuff and then they set the batteries on the concrete where they're not supposed to because it drains the battery but other than that it went well”
“Worked with Brandon this week to purchase a new Workmaster 25 along with some attachments. In an experience that seems increasingly rare these days, Brandon was very responsive, knowledgeable, did a great job of answering all my questions, and offered the needed guidance to make sure I was getting the equipment that would yield the best experience for what I needed while going out of his way to deliver. If you're looking for equipment in the Klamath basin, I highly recommend connecting with him!”
“I am just passing through Klamath Falls and had an issue with my passenger side wiper that did not work after I had my windshield replaced about 10 days ago; I called the company that installed it and was told it was "probably" just tge nut needing to be tightened. After I checked, there wasn't any nut, and the rubber cover for it was laying on a shelf, but no nut. So, I went to Lithia Ford since I have a Ford SUV and spoke with Kevin, the service manager, and explained what I needed. He and Don came out with some nuts they thought would work, but none did, or at least not exactly. Kevin could tighten it but only halfway and didn't want to damage the bolt, the only bolt holding the wiper in place; it's a tight squeeze to use only fingers, so Don tried with a socket wrench, so they concluded they would see if they could find the right nut; they came out and had "the" exact nut used when my car was manufactured; they had someone look up the nut size for the year and model and gotit from the parts department. They returned and put the nut in place, and it fit perfectly, and Don tightened it up. They went above and beyond for me today, and I am extremely grateful they were able to help me and be so courteous and willing to make it right. Thank you, Kevin and Don, for your kindness and renewing my faith that there is goodness in the world, ir at least Klamath Falls, OR... Respectfully, Robin from Texas.”

“I just got new tires from these guys, after I was quoted much higher prices everywhere else in town. Josh and all the other staff are super friendly and do everything they can to give you the best deal. The environment is easy going and there's a nice waiting room there. They do a quick job and can order tires and have them to the shop in about a day or so. I'll only be getting my tires here from now on! Very good experience.-J.Nowak”
