I've only bought parts here, but they were very helpful, and I received the correct part the first time .

Took my 18 dodge ram in for a ticking noise. It was the headers, litha quoted me 1700 to fix and then said they had to order the parts. Buds auto fixed the truck in 3 days and charged me 700. Lithia is over priced and their service department is very rude. Take your business somewhere else
