“Wow! Mike, what a guy!! I cant say enough good things about him and his place! He was super honest and had the fairest prices from Klamouth falls to medford. We were really in a bad spot when our tranmission failed in our truck, because we are traveling with our camper, and we needed it done quickly. He was able to get it done right away, in 2 days too! I couldn't believe it. He even offered to give us a ride back to our camper, which I thought was super nice. I felt like he was sympathetic to our situation, which meant alot to me. We ended up just getting a hotel while he fixed the truck, and he knew that and even finished it before check out on the second day. This may be the best mechanic that I have ever been too. He also stayed in good contact the whole time and gave us updates. I just felt like he really cared and was fair and honest- and thats hard to find these days. Thank you SO MUCH MIKE!!!”
“Husband stopped in with his truck to have tires rotated, they are so nice there, even when so busy, the waiting room is supplied with popcorn and coffee, or water. The cat is super friendly.”

“They are such good people. We were in the middle of a 13hr road trip when my car broke down, they let us tow it there after hours and got to it first thing in the morning. Unfortunately my car wasn't fixable and we had to haul it home with a uhaul but they even helped load it on the trailer and strap it down. They were definitely a highlight of a very unfortunate situation. Amazing and caring people.”

“My boat tire was found flat after purchasing it from Les Schwab 2 months prior. Employee, Dudley, came to my house and aired up the tire at no charge so I could drive a short distance to the shop. Everyone was busy at the shop, so Dudley used the service truck to immediately replace the tire, again at no cost, due to road damage on the sidewall. Dudley’s creative solution and hard work at no cost was amazing and the reason I will continue to use Les Schwab for all my tire needs. Kudos to Dudley!”

“I purchased a used car 1+ years ago, there were a few issues needing attention and I called to ask for an exception to be applied to the normal "As Is" type sale, since I felt some of the problems were overlooked in error. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. At about the time I was explaining that I had in fact called, the salesman that took my call stopped by his desk and told him I had indeed called, and that my call was forwarded to the service department but again, there was a breakdown in communications. The sales manager immediately ordered a loaner brought up to the office (brand new) and insisted I leave my car with them. This dealer proceeded to not only fix my complaints, but found other items needing a little attention and made ALL repairs at NO CHARGE, and even threw in a car wash. I am now convinced their intent was pure, they don't want something going out the door if it ain't right. One other thing.....the service writers get 5 stars, especially Daniel. He was very patient with this crusty old man, and a big thank you to Neil, the sales manager. I'll be back when we wear out the one we got.”

“These guys were fast and affordable, with fair pricing on parts that beat out most online stores that offered individual parts. I didn't have to pain stakingly repair it myself at home with inadequate tools! I saved about $200 not having to buy a complete drive line for my Ford truck. They repaired my drive line with 3 new u joints, new shaft, new yoke and new carrier bearing, all professionally balanced and welded together for $415, when I was looking at anywhere from $630 to $950 for a complete new two piece setup for my 82 Ford F350. The even painted the entire drive line with rust resistant paint, as well as pressed the entire thing back together for me. I only had to hook up the ends with the u bolts. Easy peasy!!! They had it repaired by the next day! Thanks guys! 🙏 I recommend them to anyone in the kfalls area needing their drive line fixed!”
