“Thank you for all your help the Les Schwab on 6th Street is way more affordable than the Les Schwab on Washburn way . I took my truck to the store on Washburn way and asked a technician to put air in my tires he put 35 lbs of air in my load range E tires and when I looked at the max tire pressure on the side of my tires it said 80 lbs I'm thinking 55 to 80 lbs would have been better than 32 lbs”

“I had my 85 F-250 completely rebuilt nose to tailgate and I couldn’t believe my eyes, Ryan alone has 15 years of ford certified experience and his apprentice was previously an aircraft mechanic with 4 years experience. They always kept me updated on what work was being done and gave me very accurate ETAs. I would absolutely return and I would send every friend and family member here. They treat you like family from the moment you step foot in the shop!

“Worked with Jack and Cristina for over a year having my old truck restored. Multiple services were performed including engine tune up, dash gauge changes, steering column changes, brake overhauls, replacing carb, replacing starter, replacing battery, replacing fuel and brake lines, replacing master cylinder, and power brake boosters. Holmes charged a fair price and did excellent service. They always answered the calls and got back to me. They were flexible and an immense help in getting this year long project completed.

“Klamath Falls. Midas ..have same issue only 74k miles.bought it new and have always taken good care of it. Had not used it regularly so took it to Midas for tune up . After $1653.00 was still surging and hard to start...took it back, another $827. Still having problem starting and stalling in traffic..took it back he didn't have time to look at it .told me to come back next week...I didn't make it back home.

“I purchased a used car 1+ years ago, there were a few issues needing attention and I called to ask for an exception to be applied to the normal "As Is" type sale, since I felt some of the problems were overlooked in error. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. At about the time I was explaining that I had in fact called, the salesman that took my call stopped by his desk and told him I had indeed called, and that my call was forwarded to the service department but again, there was a breakdown in communications. The sales manager immediately ordered a loaner brought up to the office (brand new) and insisted I leave my car with them. This dealer proceeded to not only fix my complaints, but found other items needing a little attention and made ALL repairs at NO CHARGE, and even threw in a car wash. I am now convinced their intent was pure, they don't want something going out the door if it ain't right. One other thing.....the service writers get 5 stars, especially Daniel. He was very patient with this crusty old man, and a big thank you to Neil, the sales manager. I'll be back when we wear out the one we got.”
“The engine light came on for us and the dealership said our brake fluid and rear differential fluid were dark. So we asked Josh to come out and look. He said the engine light might just be a one time problem but it'd be about $300 to replace the part. So he reset the light and told us to watch our mileage to see whether the problem continued. The fluids were getting old but still serviceable. All in all, he spent about 40 minutes going over the car and didn't charge anything for the visit. The engine light did come back on, so we'll call him back to fix it. This will be the third or fourth time he has fixed things for us.”

“I've used Lee's for auto repairs for the last few years. Good service at a fair price. Well, day before yesterday, one of my windshield wipers wasn't working due to the nut working itself loose. I couldn't figure out how to get the cover open to tighten the nut, and the last time this happened I took it to Cascade Chevrolet and it took three mechanics 45 minutes to figure out how to fix it. Well, one of the mechanics at Lee's took one look at it, grabbed a bent screwdriver, popped the cover open and tightened the nut in less time that it took to write about it. He wouldn't accept payment, either! Thanks, guys! You do good work!”
