J & A Auto Repair is a great and super nice shop. The people are friendly, kind, warm, personable, and caring. They provide amazing customer service and are very accommodating, especially for travelers in a jam. Many customers were on a road trip or a long way from home when their car broke down, overheated, or had a check engine light. The shop promptly gets cars back on the road, often finishing work quickly or overnight. They are willing to help when others will not, making the process easy even outside regular hours. The service is described as the best experience at a repair shop, with reasonable prices that are a fraction of what is expected. The office staff is super nice and informative, ensuring customers are safe while waiting. The shop also has a friendly little pup as a greeter. Customers are grateful, cannot thank them enough, and will return if needed.
This place is awesome they diagnose quick and won't do any unnecessary repairs just to make money. very reliable and honest won't take my truck anywhere else from now on!!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable people. I was traveling, and developed a thump in the rear of my SUV, like the tires were contacting something. They diagnosed the problem as the rear differential, did a temporary fix, and I was good to go.

J&A helped me with mechanical trouble when I was just passing through town. I did not have an appointment but they got me in and out in a couple hours and explained everything clearly and treated me great!
