“I, too, was a B of A customer and was not happy when B of A sold my account to Bank of Cascades. The reviews that you see from 2016 was when Cascades had the bank. They were horrible !!. Since First Interstate took over, I could not be happier. The tellers there go out of their way to be accommodating, even so far as coming out to the drive thru during the Covid lockdown to get your paperwork so as the window can service you quickly. “Our US Bank here in Klamath Falls is one of the best banks we have. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Good staff, good customers, customers from all walks of life.
However, the condition of the air conditioning has been suffering for years. It's actually quite obvious that the corporate side of US Bank really doesn't care about it's staff or it's customers.
When it's 102° outside and the bank has to close so that the customers and staff can survive the 95° heat in the building says that the corporate side of US Bank could care less. And that's just sad.
We all deserve to be able to handle our finances in relative comfort don't you think?
