Since First Interstate took over, I could not be happier. The tellers there go out of their way to be accommodating, even so far as coming out to the drive thru during the Covid lockdown to get your paperwork so as the window can service you quickly. However, the condition of the air conditioning has been suffering for years. It's actually quite obvious that the corporate side of US Bank really doesn't care about it's staff or it's customers.
When it's 102° outside and the bank has to close so that the customers and staff can survive the 95° heat in the building says that the corporate side of US Bank could care less. And that's just sad.
