“During the Holidays we went to Micheal’s and got a few gift cards, we accidentally put too little of an amount on the card and the manager Kayla helped us to fix it. She had a positive attitude and even though the situation was stressful and there were a lot of people behind us in line, she was calm and kind the whole time.”
“I was in Klamath Falls visiting my Dad and I had broken one of my go to earrings. We stopped at Fred Meyers jewelers first and was told that they'd have to send it out, which means I wouldn't be getting it back in time before I left. They recommended Indigo Beads. So Dad and I went there and the owner was extremely pleasant and a delight to interact with. She took a look at my earring and said it needed to be soldered and that it was something she does not do. She then recommended Main Street Jewelers nearby (you can guess who my next review is going to be for). Of course I browsed her store and came across a black obsidian crow for myself and a rose quartz heart for my Mom that I had to buy. Her store is full of sparkly, shiny, pretty things. A feast for the senses to say the least. Can't recommend it or the owner enough. On a side note I love the sense of community, from one store's recommendation to another and then to another. :)”
