The store is known for its clean and organized environment, with employees who are extremely friendly and eager to assist customers. During the holidays, the manager Kayla demonstrated a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service, even when the situation was stressful. Customers appreciate the variety of products available, from DIY gifts to party supplies and holiday decor, making Michaels a one-stop-shop for all their crafting and celebration needs. The staff is consistently helpful, going the extra mile to ensure customers find what they're looking for, including accommodating Amazon returns.
They do have a little bit of everything but if you want to get into whatever craft it is that you have you might have to go online but the lady's here at the store are very nice. They have to deal with a lot regarding the homeless people but I have to say they're all very nice and very helpful

Generally speaking, I absolutely love this craft store. And today was no exception. I love the vibe. My wife got helped very quickly. The problem I have is the lack of selection. Some sections are massive, whereas others are. I don't know, almost neglected. All in all, great trip.

Great prices, a wide selection of crafts! However dont order online with them, this is my third order for which items get damaged or broken.
