I've only bought parts here, but they were very helpful, and I received the correct part the first time .

Took my 18 dodge ram in for a ticking noise. It was the headers, litha quoted me 1700 to fix and then said they had to order the parts. Buds auto fixed the truck in 3 days and charged me 700. Lithia is over priced and their service department is very rude. Take your business somewhere else

If I had an option of leaving NO stars I would take that option.Here. We. Go.February 20, 2023 we had our 2006 Jeep Wrangler X towed to their "service" department. We were told by an employee (who is no longer there) it would be less than 7 to 10 days to get it up and running and repaired. There was an issue with getting the part (PCM) but it had been ordered. We waited - and waited - and waited - and left innumerable voicemails to try and find out the progress on our Jeep. It took Herculean efforts to even get one person to return our call. Thanks Chad.We were given the runaround - lied too and mislead every step of the way. The excuses flowed like green beer on St. Patrick's Day along with the "yeah yeah's" to get us off the phone. Basically saying total BS to get us off the phone and appeased. From "Mac" to Chad to Mike Nichol "The Lube Guy" we were inundated with false promises and an irresponsible amount of patronization. They couldn't figure out how to fix our Jeep and it was VERY CLEAR TO US our business was NOT a priority. Their "Oh well - we're trying to figure it out" attitude is totally unacceptable. We took our Jeep to Lithia because it says JEEP on their marquee. It should say "we will fix it when we get around to it - and that's IF we can pull our finger out and figure out the problem."Four months. FOUR MONTHS THEY HAD OUR JEEP. We finally picked it up today and guess what folks? Still not fixed. And they still charged us almost EIGHTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!Still. DOES NOT RUN!! So. If there was an option for ZERO STARS I'd be all over it.AVOID LITHIA!! Unless of course you enjoy being patronized, lied too, mislead, overcharged and treated like your business is NOT important.Absolutely disgraceful - we will NEVER bring our vehicle back to their "service" department. Ever. You've been warned. And NO you won't be getting any of my amazing home baked cookies for getting the job done.Cookies are for winners.

Why buy a car? Well perhaps your passenger seat is on the National Register of Historic Places, or you just lost the stop-light challenge to a 16 year old on a moped. Maybe your car hasn't been the same since Henry Ford borrowed it.Go see the folk at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Besides they have some really good coffee and almost decent dad jokes.

This has been one of the most unpleasant purchases i've ever made. I purchased from the lithia affiliate Driveway OnLine, all my paperwork says lithia of Klamath Falls! My DMV Documentation has been continually wrong or delayed. Make sure you verify the information before signing. I was given the run around when it came to asking for pictures and videos of the vehicle i purchased. One member quoted that i would not sign until videos were taken in a mocking fashion. I started this purchase 45days ago and am still waiting on DMV paperwork. My advice take the extra time and go into the dealer instead of buying OnlineUpdate 2 weeks since my last review and e-mail's submitted at the company's request multiple times to customer care at driveway with no answers! STILL WAITING FOR DMV PAPERWORK! Submitted on NOVEMBER 1st! And it is now JAN 5th with no DMV paperwork for the vehicle multiple calls to Rhonda with no response

On July 7 2022 at 7 amWe brought in our 2015 Chrysler town and country (purchased at lithia ford) for repairs to the Lithia Chrysler, dodge, jeep location. We waited a little over a week to even get an appointment only to find upon arrival that they were waiting for parts and needed to now keep the vehicle overnight. We were told we could pick up some time the next day. Almost the entire day of July 8 , 2022 rolls by with no phone calls, no updates about our vehicle. We called and were given the run around by staff saying they would check. They never called with an update. We called back and finally got another person requesting the status of our vehicle. The staff said they would look into it. An employee finally called back and told us that the mechanic working on our vehicle had broken the window glass and no replacement would be available until possibly Tuesday. They offered no definitive time table when our vehicle would be repaired and no comparable rental for their mistake and the inconvenience of being without our vehicle for two full days. We were told they had no rental vehicles. In the late afternoon of July 8, 2022, they returned to us a vehicle with no front passenger window, a brand new issue (the turn signal safety light was blazing bright (new after they worked on it). It does not shut off like it's suppose to). We were told it might be due to the fact that they were working on the doors which threw off the sensors system since one of the door sensors was shut off. They said that the mechanic would look into it on Tuesday July 12, 2022. That day the dealership would also like to charge us an additional $250.00+ in labor fees . To charge loyal patrons of Lithia for damaging our vehicle, returning to us a further damaged vehicle, the inconvenience of keeping our vehicle for an undetermined amount of time rendering a family with four small children without transportation . To leave our car without a window and that sensor light not going off for five calendar days is UNACCEPTABLE!! . The entire experience dealing with Lithia Motors has been sub par. What a nightmare! They charged us $384.18 and returned a vehicle with the inability to secure the vehicle now it's vulnerable to theft, structural , and elemental damage, and unsafe to drive. The vehicle now needs extra caution to operate because the drivers rely on those sensors that now one is off and one permanently on after leaving in the care of Lithia. Your vehicle leaves in worse condition from this dealership.Bryan DeBoer CEO and President - Lithia and to whom it may concern. We are deeply saddened as loyal patrons of your establishments that we do not have a reliable and consistent dealership in our local community to bring our vehicles to any longer after this experience. The experience has also made our large family and any of our affiliates extremely reluctant to purchase any future vehicles from the Lithia group due to our experience with the service center. Please see our detailed review on the the BBB, AAA, Yelp, major social media platforms and google. I will be contacting the corporate office Monday also to make them aware of exactly how things are running at the Klamath Falls Location and making recommendations on how we can improve quality in service for our local community. Unfortunately this is the only specialty delearship in town. Through experience, I I have found that there are no perks of bringing your car to a dealership . Until the quality of service improves at this location, we unfortunately will have to exhaust any and every possible option before returning after they replace our window and fix the sensor issue on July 12, 2022 for any future purchases or repairs and will caution others about our personal experience with Lithia to do the same. Please carefully read the reviews on all sites before deciding to bring your vehicle here. Update: July 12 , 2022 10:05 am no word from the dealership on our window and no one is answering the phone . We had to physically go in and talk to us. Now they are saying the new window won

I took my car to get repaired at this dealership when the electrical had some problems. They were both fair in price and honest with their work. I'd certainly go back.

This place is a mess. No inventory and the staff is not very friendly. They are very unorganized and need more customer service friendly people working there.

James Baxter was very helpful and communicative while helping me buy a used F-150. Everything seemed to go as promised, and overall was a great buying experience. Ed Kotz was also helpful in walking me through the finances. These guys had almost everything ready to go by the time I got there an hour ahead of schedule.
