Mountain Valley Gardens is the Klamath Basin's premier source of locally grown annual and vegetable starts, trees, shrubs, and perennials. The business offers a huge and beautiful selection, including houseplants, gardening supplies, bulk rock, topsoil, mulch, compost, and bark. It is also a dealer for retaining walls and pavers. The inventory is top notch, with healthy plants and a large selection spread across multiple warehouses.
What makes the business truly unique is its expertise for growing in the harsh and erratic local climate. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, contributing to a wonderful shopping experience. The whole place is coming alive as a business that clearly cares about its customers and the community, hosting family-friendly events. It is a great fun place for all gardening needs.
Very knowledgeable staff. Great prices for plants and potting soils

This is a special place. On a mid June weekday, there was only 1 other car in lot and I saw no one else on trails. Very pretty place with lovely views and greenery. I encountered butterflies, a harmless 3 foot gopher snake, birds and more. At least 3 or 4 mostly flat, narrow dirt trails run into each other.

Lots of tomatoes and flowers, great prices on used nursery pots. $90 in town delivery fee for soil and amendments. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had tons of speckled petunias in various colors when everyone else in town was out!
