The United States Postal Service at 317 S 7th St in Klamath is a retail location offering walk-in passport services. This location has recently gotten better, with mail arriving pretty early, especially since an Amazon distribution center opened in town. The mailman is nice. Services include PO boxes for UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliveries, which can be set up easily. Staff are noted for going above and beyond, always having a smile and trying to make visits as good and fast as possible. However, there have been lots of issues throughout the years, including lost mail sometimes repeatedly. This has included checks that had to be reissued and lost items that were marked as delivered but were not. A recurring concern is that staff do not remember their customers, even after several years, which has led to packages being returned due to delivery errors.
The post office in Klamath has recently gotten better, my mail arrives pretty early & my mailman is nice. An amazon distribution center opened in town & since then my mail comes earlier which is nice
