The new management is doing a better job at maintenance and they really respond fast when I called th about some roach problems i’ve had in my apartment that I have been trying to call about.

It seems to me that they will let just about anyone in the apts now. Used to be very selective! Grounds look okay. Junk cars( or at least appear to be). Not some where I would live again.
