“I don't do a lot of reviews.... I actually don't remember the last time I left a review... But I just want to say, the folks at Integrity Auto are awesome. Last May (May 13th) my car broke down and I ended up having to have it towed. Took it to Integrity Auto in La Pine and, long story short, my engine had a massive failure and I was going to need a replacement. Getting a different car wasn't an option for me. I still owe a lot on this one and... It just wasn't a viable option. So, after going back and forth with family members and the awesome team at Integrity Auto, I went ahead and had them replace the engine. They did an incredible job. It was very very expensive, but I don't blame them for that. That's just the kind of car I have. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap. Insurance (the warranty I had) wouldn't cover it because of missing paperwork (my own fault). I will be paying on this for a long time. But I have my car back and have been driving it for a couple months and it is running great. They even did a free follow-up maintenance on it a couple weeks after I had been driving it. I don't know if that's just standard, but I greatly appreciated it anyway.
All I can say is, if you need work done on your vehicle, you're in the La Pine area, and you want an honest team who will take care of you, I strongly recommend Integrity Auto. They'll take care of you.”
