“I don't do a lot of reviews.... I actually don't remember the last time I left a review... But I just want to say, the folks at Integrity Auto are awesome.
Last May (May 13th) my car broke down and I ended up having to have it towed. Took it to Integrity Auto in La Pine and, long story short, my engine had a massive failure and I was going to need a replacement.
Getting a different car wasn't an option for me. I still owe a lot on this one and... It just wasn't a viable option. So, after going back and forth with family members and the awesome team at Integrity Auto, I went ahead and had them replace the engine. They did an incredible job. It was very very expensive, but I don't blame them for that. That's just the kind of car I have. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap. Insurance (the warranty I had) wouldn't cover it because of missing paperwork (my own fault). I will be paying on this for a long time.
But I have my car back and have been driving it for a couple months and it is running great.
They even did a free follow-up maintenance on it a couple weeks after I had been driving it. I don't know if that's just standard, but I greatly appreciated it anyway.
All I can say is, if you need work done on your vehicle, you're in the La Pine area, and you want an honest team who will take care of you, I strongly recommend Integrity Auto.
They'll take care of you.”

“I’m a new customer at Gill’s Point S La Pine and am very satisfied with the selection, pricing and service. I’ve gotten an oil change, tire rotation and just yesterday bought new tires for my truck. The staff there has been very friendly and professional and they offer very competitive pricing. I’m very happy to be with Gill’s and my truck rides very nice with the new tires.”
“We're thrilled with the results of our fiberglass repair -- it looks as good as new! The work was done quickly and to a very high standard, making for an extremely satisfactory experience. Many thanks for their excellent service!”
“5 minutes on the phone with Jason was already a way better experience than dealing with 2 other mechanics in the area and I could tell he was not in this business to just rake someone over the coals and take their money. When we had to wait for parts, not only did he call around to see if one of the auto part stores could rebuild me the cables to get my vehicle running properly quickly, but he cleaned the battery connection for me to try to ensure that my vehicle wouldn't strand me while we were waiting. In casual conversation, I was picking his brain about things other shops have told me, and issues I am still having even after paying for them to be fixed and out of the kindness of his heart he offered to hook up his senor meter. In about 10 minutes, I had an answer that 2 other shops couldn't figure out even after paying thousands of dollars in repair costs to fix. Let me tell you this guy has a heart of GOLD and he treats his customers like people and he will be honest and doesn't just try to jack you around to get your money! It was a bit of a drive from Bend but so worth it! If you want a shop that will answer your questions, treat you like a human, and give you quality service that is above and beyond then Jason is your guy! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you! Thank you Thank you!”
“Twice I have brought a vehicle ther for maintenance and no problem. Now I am taking my Dodge ram diesel for a up grade wewill see how that goes. I am very pleased on the service so far.”
“My son was driving from California to Washington and he got 2 flat tires,he ended up stranded in Oregon every shop was closed for memorial day somehow I found their shop, the lady immediately said the could help him, when the husband got there he replaced both tires and he aligned the car at no cost.No amount of money can repay their kindness, they made me believe in humanity again! Thank you ?”
“All I can say is my vist to this location has been very good, I have seen some of the back of house area and it is organized even if slightly messy and the workers seem to have their own personality. Love the chairs in the office. May your rolls always be favorable, and your car never crash”

“I had a battery problem with a boat trailer winch that caused a delay of a guided fishing trip this morning, and the only solution was to leave Paulina Lake and come to Lapine for a new battery. Baxters had exactly what I needed, and Josh who was on duty went above and beyond with customer service. I’m very thankful for this store and for excellent employees like Josh who care about people.”
“Another trip into Les Schwab and they didn't disappoint. Changed out my blown tire on my Silverado quickly and at no charge after I hit a rock slide coming over the pass. This is why I've been a customer for over 50 years!”
“Had an issue with my well that was installed by TCI. Failed on a Friday night. Call Kimberly at TCI and they were out the next day. Sam checked things out, diagnosed it in a few minutes. Faulty pressure switch. They changed it out and we’re done in less than a half hour. No charge. This company stands behind their work and work ethic. Highly recommend family run business. Thanks Sam and Kimberly.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“I didn’t realize there was a European auto here in Lapine very friendly. I didn’t have to tow my vehicle all the way in the bend, which was a relief. Honest and fair can’t ask for more than that”
