DICK'S Sporting Goods in Lake Oswego offers a wide selection of sports, exercise, outdoor, and licensed gear. The store carries footwear, workout clothes, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and sports equipment from top brands, making it a convenient place for all sports needs. Customers appreciate the good variety of items for different sports and activities, including shoes and workout equipment. The store is large and well-stocked, with helpful staff who are attentive once found. Several reviews highlight the knowledgeable service, especially from managers, who assist with issues like fitting and product concerns efficiently. However, some customers find it challenging to find staff members at times, leading to frustration, especially for those with mobility issues. The store's cleanliness is generally good, though a few mention that locker rooms can be messy before closing. Prices, particularly on shoes, are sometimes considered high, and the return policy for shoes without receipts is seen as unfair, charging extra even shortly after purchase. Overall, DICK'S Sporting Goods in Lake Oswego provides a comprehensive shopping experience with helpful staff and a wide product selection.
The staff is exceptionally helpful in assisting customers to find the appropriate equipment. The store offers a large selection, making the shopping experience a pleasure.
