“I'm so impressed with "Dr. Ryan", I don't know where to start. First off, my Dell laptop is nearly six years old and was super slow, with programs hesitating to open, documents freezing or not responding, and delivering bad performance all around. I thought swapping my existing HHD drive with an SSD drive would help.Boy, did it ever! Ryan put in a new Samsung drive and my computer has been transformed! It's lightning fast now and seems to be working even better than when it was brand new. I'm not only pleased, I'm ecstatic!I'm also delighted by the service I received and Ryan's excellent communication (via text and phone) on the status of my upgrade. He's personable, knowledgeable and has the best prices in town. He charged half of what I was quoted elsewhere.Some people are annoyed that he isn't always in during his stated hours, but that's because he makes house calls, and he's very clear about it. So what. His great service, and the value he provides, outweighs it.So do yourself a favor. Take your computer or cell phone problems directly to Dr. Ryan. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else. And pet his friendly dog, Eve, while you're there.”

“Went here to get a repair estimate for an Xbox 360 Slim.
There is a $55 deposit beware of this, I thought it was fair for the time they took to look at it.
They found the problem but in order to proceed with the repair it would cause data loss.
I declined any further service & accepted my loss.

“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”

“I have been purchasing phones from CPR for several years now. I can honestly say that I would never go by a phone someplace else. AJ, the owner of this company he's always so very helpful. I don't know about the employees in his beaverton store that I can tell you in the Clackamas store they are top notch. I went in this past week to purchase a new phone, and the process of switching everything over takes some time, and I was working with a gentleman named Gray. He was so informative, so patient, just an all-around good human with a great sense of humor as Well :-) don't waste your time going anyplace else. Go to CPR for all things phone/iPad/Apple Watch. I walk in, within 3 minutes the awesome dude behind the counter clears out my charging port, and one of the most simple but maddening aggravations in my life the last couple of months was fixed. Didn't even charge me for it.

“This review is about ten years overdue. I bought my first ever turntable off eBay. A Setton TS-11. Now I don't remember what I paid for it but I bought it knowing it needed a new belt. At the time I lived about a half mile away. It wasn't far but it meant walking up and down a couple of hills. Oh yeah, I didn't own a car at the time. So I walked it over there and asked them to take a look at it for me. I knew next to nothing about turntables. I don't remember why exactly all the back and forth but I believe I carried that turntable between the shop and my home three times altogether. In the end, they got it working beautifully. In addition to fixing my turntable, they sold me an old radio shack mixer and helped me troubleshoot my audio setup at home. Both the turn table and mixer continue to work perfectly to this day. “I brought my SX-750 to them for repair. The receiver would not power up and I kept losing a channel on the phono input. The techs repaired all my issues and it's a joy to listen to now. Keep in mind, this receiver is 50 yrs. old. and things can still happen due to the heat cycles and age of components in the design of this amp. Just saying, it's like my 55 yr. old motorcycle, things will need attention and PLEASE be PATIENT with them. They're that busy with customer's repairs these days. It's worth the wait.”

“My LG smart TV wouldn't turn on & I'm glad I called ProTV.First, it was very quick & easy to schedule - the person on the phone was very polite & professional.The very next day the technician (Hilario) arrived promptly & had a diagnosis within minutes. Unfortunately the old TV was unable to be repaired but Hilario took my old TV to be recycled & had recommendations for a replacement.Hilario was informative & an all-around good guy; At one point I asked the price of the new TV & he corrected me with a LOWER price. The average aggressive salesman would have said "yes, it's X dollars" but Hilario was honest & I really appreciate that.Then, he left to recycle the old TV & fetch the replacement. He was so fast, I had a new working TV by that afternoon. They told me I didn't and so didn't do an actually unnecessary repair - which I assume some places might have done. They refered me to Samsung to fix the problem. I liked that I was able to go in person and deal with a person. I'm not looking forward to having to deal with Samsung for the fix.”
