“Absolutely love Bill's! We started coming to fill our classic cars with their no ethanol added gas, but now come for everything. They are so friendly, and always go the extra mile. I needed some air in my tire (thought I'd run over a nail), instead of just filling it up, they checked for leaks and tightened the valve stem to solve the problem.”

“Best prices in town and anywhere around town. Staff us feiendly and amazing. They always remember me and what i need. Pices are the most affordable in town or anywhere around. Top level is full service and lower level is self serve. I see many bad reviews from rich, entitled people, the same ones that want 5 star service lower income afgordable places (delu ery, restaurants, gad, car care, house cleaning, pet care, etc.) with no tip or not even a thank you...how the hell do u think u all became rich and SO entitled, and still go to church , as if God is gonna bless you more than the ones fighting to survive in this god forsaken world that u rich/entitled people have made it...this is no longer, the land of the free, this is now, the land of the rich and entitled. And anybody else is tol be frowned upon and used as servants but, i guess we will ALL see who survives in the end....it's not all about riches...you can't buy god. So maybe stop judging and try to accept EVERYBODY with the cards they were dealt. You, rich, entitled bit hes are no better than anybody else. And just cuz you have it, definitely does not mean you will make it to the next life. So the next time you want to order food or any service to be deli ered ti your frint door ir your gas tank, remember these words. They are fighting to live at minimum wage (something you will never know anything about) and still serving you with your entitlement and rudeness with a smile and so much more respect that you have ever given your servants or ever will give them. Look at yourself and everyone around you. Who do you really think is being judged. Its always the less fortunate that give and love, and those that have, keep it to themselves and frown upon the rest. So the next time you pull up somewhere that is self serve, instead of waiting in line for the full service lane, think twice before putting up a bad review. They cant make those pumps or ovens or anything else move faster, just because you are so entitled you think even the electrinics, machines, and servers should just bow down and take what you give....Everything that goes around comes around....rememver that tge next time you eant to complain about anybody that is working to serve you so that you dont have to serve yourself (as we were ALL made to do)

“Only place we go to get gas!I was told by a worker that Costco buy the gas from them, or maybe they have the same gas? Idk but this is our spot. Employees are always cool & chatty. Very friendly and we enjoy their conversations”

“Super convenient gas station. They helped me with great service. One of their pump attendants was always so nice to me. Talked to me about this and that and one time he even spotted me $10 for gas because I didn’t have it on me at the moment. I paid him back double for his kindness. Never caught his name unfortunately but the owners probably know who I’m talking about. He should get a raise!”

“Generally not anything all that exciting about gas stations, but I can always get in and out quickly whenever I visit here, which is the main thing I care about. And today the attendant working outside was kind enough to come up and assist me without being prompted when he noticed I was having some difficulty at the pump using my credit card.Now I don’t know about you, but I’m of the mind that there’s a lot to be said for good customer service, considering how rare it is to find these days. So as far as gas stations, go, I consider this one in particular to be a five star experience.”

“This Chevron gas station is a great stopping-off place for not only gas, but also is a minimart for many favorite foods, including certain brands of soda pop and snacks that you cannot find anyplace else.
The staff members are so friendly, and if you stop in regularly (as I do), some of the staff will come to know you on a first-name basis. That is very important to me, that personal touch! Lisa is often working when I visit, and she is just a bright spot in my day when we chat for a minute or so...plus she is always wanting to make her customers happy. There are other employees, too, who are very helpful and friendly, but Lisa goes the extra mile to be welcoming and helpful.
I highly recommend this Chevron, my favorite in this entire area. In addition to the great staff, they carry an excellent variety of snacks, both cold and hot. Excellent corn dogs are among the hot food items, plus other hot foods offered during most of each day.
This is a great option if you need milk, snacks, ice, propane for the grill...and of course gas for your vehicle!

“This is the closest gas station to my home in Lake Oswego. Been going her for gas for past 5 years. I want to recognize one of the gas attendants, Sody. He is absolutely the best! His customer service is consistently top-notch. Friendly and great attitude! I even asked him today if he owns the station. He takes such pride in doing his job well! I hope the owners recognize him for the fine job he does for them.”

“It's a gas station with all the usual suspects; candy, chips, snacks and soda but they do have a walk in freezer. The staff is friendly and timely. No complaints and I they're open late so I like to walk there and get munchies.”

“I am disabled and unable to pump gas. When I arrived to the station there was an older Hispanic man ready and willing to help me. He even washed my windshield, some places I’ve gone to I don’t even see attendants anymore and people refuse to help. At this Chevron the man went well above and beyond to help me out. This is the only place I’ll ever get fuel from now on.”

“Recently, I was low on gas and driving down Terwilliger Blvd when my car conked out. I managed to coast to a Shell location on North State St. in Lake Oswego. I noticed only one attendant was working when I arrived. It was a gentleman with clean cut silver hair. As I approached the entryway to the Jackson's food market. I heard a polite but assertive command. He recommended I wait outside until he was finished helping the customers waiting for ⛽ gas. At first, I was upset. I didn't see any reason why I had to wait outside. Then I saw how much effort the cashier/gas attendant was giving each customer. He treated them all uniquely but with extraordinary respect. Once he was finished he gave me impressive individual customer service. Out of respect I have agreed to not share his name. He explained how much he loves his job. The distinguished gentleman said he has been blessed to work for a manager and assistant manager that care about him. He explained how much he loves to converse with customers but told me politely he had return outside to help more customers. I hope he's doing well. He certainly made a life long customer out of me. Anyone in Lake Oswego, make sure you get gas or a snack at the Shell on North State St.The customer service is second to none.5 ?????”

“I work here and it was hard for me to get the hours changed. 3 or 4 tries to get it changed. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused anyone, and it not because I didn't try! Unfortunately, Oregon's new gas law does not allow us to leave the pumps on when we are closed.”
