“I love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!”

Overall the folks there were amazing, especially Candace Ledingham-Ramos was super helpful and patient with all my questions. She walked me through the different options of fridges as well as delivery options. Additionally the manager, Eric , was also extremely helpful and supportive. But they found my purchase thru the card I used and gave me a refund. Even if it wasn't for that refund. I bought my pressure washer here, and gas powered lawnmower because of the awesome service. Reached around 945pm coming from Seattle, store was about to close. 2 to 3 employees just on their phones at entrance did not even look up, had to ask them for pickup. Anyways store closing time so they are ready to roll out. Directed me to pickup service area.
Here comes gem of a person Mr.Rusell happy and smiling ready to help and answered all my questions regarding my pickup items. Highly knowledgeable and courteous even at store closing time.
