“Store and staff/volunteer teams responded very well to covid era implementing many improvements.this store is more efficient, clean, offers a great variety of quality items, and many 2023 improvements in internal layout, organization and in-store display. the reuse team is helpful and dedicated; staff and volunteers kind and compassionate.there is now an easily accessible supply of building blocks and bricks in an enclosed fenced area outside of store in front parking lot. the store has an easy and organized used item drop off.clearly, reuse management and staff have put thought into improving this store and for the past year or more continue working smart to make browsing and buying more customer friendly. “Your basic Home Depot conveniently located right off the Murrayhill exit on 26, I stop by this location when I'm in the area. It has all the typical departments and layout but somehow it seems easier to get around, not as massive and overwhelming. The store is well organized, shelves are stocked and they typically have what I'm looking for whether that's ant killer, cleaning products, lighting, garden supplies or hardware. And they always have seasonal items like Christmas, BBQ, and spring-fall, annuals, perrenials, shrubs and trees. Plus garden soil, planters and supplies. The indoor houseplant section is also nice and they always have a varied selection. Succulents, bromeliad, pathos, ferns, snake plants, cactus - I've bought it all! My entire plant selection is thriving and I've only had one plant that didn't do well and they exchanged it no questions asked. Most stores don't reimburse you for plants because they have no idea if it was cared for properly. The fact that they gave me a new pothos made me a happy and return customer.”

“I’ve shopped at this location for a while now without too much disappointment but I am experiencing an issue that really chaps my backside. I made a special order through this store several weeks ago and like usual, the delivery date had walked back a couple times which we can all associate with. The bigger issue is the fact that the item arrived a day ago but the store has nobody available to unload the truck during regular business hours (WHY?!!?!!?) nor did they have anyone scheduled for night shift which is typically the crew that unloads deliveries. The store has a night crew this evening which means my order will be unloaded then BUT NOT TODAY! All in all, my equipment will have not only arrived later than expected but it will have sat in the truck 2 DAYS at the store before I am able to take possession. This is not good business!!I really would have liked to have this stuff several days ago but that just makes too much sense I guess.////UPDATE//// 12-5-2023Finally made contact with a person who knew what was actually going on. She goes by M.J. and gave me the actual truth on the Where, What and When of my order. Came to find out that my shipment wasn’t even at the store when I contacted the store initially. MJ found that my order was actually at some other warehouse out near the Airport. MJ followed up with me until the shipment actually reached Jantzen Beach and called me to let me know I can now come pick up my merchandise!Redemption came at its best here! Finally someone who really cares and does what they say they are going to do and not give you the runaround !!Whatever pay and position MJ has needs to be promoted!Thank you MJ! Thank you for seeing this all the way through!!”

“My go to for succulent gardens. Take a star away if you're ordering from their mystifying system and process. Breathing through the process, we got what we wanted at a reasonable price (see photo of deck railing). Service is friendly but a bit confused on ordering. They alway have what I'm looking for, and it's a quick in and out for me. I'm skilled in other areas of life, aside from home improvement projects that I'd have to actually implement, so I keep it simple here.”
