“I wish there were more stars than just 5 for Standard TV and Appliance. I picked the wrong size appliance and through the whole process of dealing with the staff I was treated with the utmost grace and professionalism. I was granted permission to return the product even after scratching it up a bit in transit. But the evening before the scheduled pick-up a neighbor walking her dog stopped to chat. I felt obliged to tell her why there was a refrigerator on my front stoop and she asked if she could buy it from me. OF COURSE! And again, Linda in Customer Relations was understanding and polite as I cancelled the return while offering her best regards. Thank you Standard, you are the best!”
“We just had a Costco dishwasher installed by Portland Installation and they were top-notch! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They protected my flooring and countertops, pulled out the old and installed the new. They had to make some modifications to our cabinets for the hosing but knew exactly what was needed and how to do it with no damage. After installation they even gave me a quick tutorial on my new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!”
“Ordered a LG washer and dryer from Hamiltons appliances. They were super knowledgeable, easy to work with and never pushy. When the installers came out, they were super friendly and quick. After ordering my washer and dryer, my dishwasher went out. I didn’t even bother going somewhere else to shop. Hamiltons came in clutch again and I got a great deal on a new dishwasher. I would highly recommend going through them.”

“Trevor was a great help to us as we were wanting to convert a second fireplace to gas. We had a huge selection to choose from and decided to match the insert to the original conversion done to our first fireplace. We got a quote promptly and were able to schedule the work in a short timeframe. I really love the gas fireplace since we do not have to carry wood into the house and with the remote, both start up and shut off is easy.”

He also pointed out points of failures and negatives on the product (honestly there aren’t many but the fact that he was shedding light on it speaks volumes). “I am honest in recommending Buck as a good person and a good business man. He talked me out of purchasing a stove that was too large and too expensive when other salesmen were happy to let me dig an expensive hole. He spent hours talking to me about installation and what kind of stove to get, and even showed up late at night to help me get ready to install it talking me through the process so that I might pinch all my pennies and learn a thing or two installing it myself. If he weren't retiring I would see myself going to him for all stove questions I have post installation. Thank you Buck and tell Jennifer I say thank you as well.

“I love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!”

“Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”
