It has so many unique paper designs, tons of stamps, stickers, and everything else you can imagine - all for a fair price. It seems there is even a crafting area to work with fellow scrapbookers and the store offers classes as well. “The folks at Pacific Typewriter gave a whole new life to my functional but crud-filled Underwood 5! The keys were very sticky. The caps/tops were corroded. Things that were meant to slide really did not want to. And the amount of crap that dislodged when I first tried typing with it was honestly kind of impressive.
It couldn't have been more than 24 hours before my machine was ready for pickup once it reached the top of their queue, and I almost couldn't believe it was the same machine when I saw it! Everything moves so smoothly now :) I will be going to Pacific Typewriter first for all of my future repairs or supplies. Friendly and welcoming people, and exceptional work for an exceptional price. Highly recommend!”

“I called to ask questions about copy/folding services. I don’t use these services regularly, and know little about them, I’m not a big tech savvy person. That said, I began in with my questions, and every answer was so rude and condescending; his tone insinuated that I should know these things. So, I stop asking questions and show up instead. A wasted trip, and added stress. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to at the counter was kind, but the damage was done…eventually I got the order in, they did a great job, and the gentleman I worked with was professional and kind. So, yeah, I could have summed up the whole experience with 2 stars due to some jerk, but too many good interactions and results helped. Oh, the internet program to submit was glitching, and I wound up doing the order twice, that was annoying; but the goodness still overcame all that.”

I was looking for ergonomic computer work chairs for teleworking full time and they had lots of samples to try but not all chairs worked or had features enough to determine fit (tilt, lift, pan slide). They had some discontinued chairs for $100. I wish they had a lending program since there's no return policy and they are a custom order your chairs outfit. I want a chair that allows me to work long hours without pain and so many chairs don't support an upright position for reading online/typing/mousing all day.”

“I bought two matching reclining chairs from NW Gallery back in September. Wendy was my salesperson and she was excellent!I knew they'd take a while and gave them a call after 2 months. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful. And the best news - the chairs are in perfect condition, work well and look great!I am very happy with my purchases and with NW Gallery Furniture!!! I recommend them highly! “My husband and I wanted to turn a spare bedroom into a shared office/library space. After checking Yelp, we contacted Harris WorkSystems, a woman-owned and operated business located right here in Tigard. The website is easy to navigate and the actual showroom is very impressive. We made an appointment with Space Planner, Nate and he came out to our home to take measurements of our actual space and to give us some ideas on how to configure the space we could comfortably share. He drew up a schematic with suggestions for length of counters, the height, where to place file drawers, and a storage tower we had our eye on. We chose a light colored laminate with black accents and drawer pulls. We also added an extra rolling file cabinet for my husband's side. There was a bit of a glitch when the installers came out the first time as a counter was too long on one side of the room and had to be cut down, adding about 3 weeks to the completion time. It was a bit frustrating to wait so long but we understood. After the initial installation, we decided to add extra shelves in the storage tower and add another locking 3-file drawer unit to my side. Since all of the furniture is custom made, it was another few weeks of waiting. Add to that Harris WorkSystems being short-staffed and issues with the supply chain, we remained patient and knew it would all work out. Communication and updates from Nate during this time was a tad unsatisfactory but we are very happy with the end result. Exceptional quality and within budget.We highly recommend Harris Worksystems and are considering having them design a workspace for my home art studio next.”
