I've been here 12 years now. The company Has vastly improved management and supervision. It can be busy work but it is all a lot to manage. This company has good benefits and pay. IIf you can actually work then it's a great place to be.

Hire on process and training went great. Great pay and plenty of hours. I hired on as a contractor to read xrays done on castings. Been here a little over a month now with zero problems.
