Purchased gutting kit. Going on month with no response on tracking number. Just received email to do review on the items I never received! No answer through email. Awful service.

I have a S30v knife. The pocket clip broke. The knife was a gift. I have filed a warranty form and I have e-mailed Gerber. No response. If gerber had a replacement parts department or if I could send it in under warranty. I have had the knife for a year. It should be under warranty. I just hope Gerber will contact me.
