Trash knifes! No phone number to call tells you alot about the customer service!

Gerber does not have a warranty department. I have been waiting for months for a response from them.

Customer service seems to be nonexistent. Was looking to get info on their shipping policies before purchasing an 06 Auto. Followed the website which basically said “Don’t bother calling. Email us.” Tried that and no response. Sent a FB and Instagram message and nothing. Wound up going with a Benchmade 940 Osborne.
