Flexible to get the restoration of my four wheels moving quickly. Also the work was done when he said! No bull there, just did what he said he would do. “The service and team here are amazing!!! They all work hard and get you what you need! Their usual flat tire repair is under 30 min usually like 15 or 20 minutes if they are not super busy. They sell new tires and used. The flat repair is i think like $20 to $30 dollars, but you are in and out of there. Les Schwab you are usually there 1 to 2 hours.
I just bought 2 tires for my Toyota Sienna AWD Van from here. Total cost for new tires and install $250.00. Les Schwab wanted almost 700 dollars. Big difference.
This team has always been so kind to me and my kids. I have seen them work great with anyone that shows up. Never see judgment made on race or gender. They are truly there to help us for a fair price! Love it here! Thank you team at Double J!”

“We've used Gateway Body two times now and have had fantastic results both times. This time was replacing the bumper on our Mazda CX-5 and cleaning up some peeling trim. We originally thought the matte finish on some of our chrome could be replaced, but Ken called me back and advised me it was an after market paint. So instead of repainting it we opted to have the peeling paint removed, and what's left looks great! They also removed some pitch that had dripped down the side of the car, and that was a very nice surprise. They also got me in quickly and were finished in a week. Not that I want to need them in the future, but when/if I do they'll be the ones I call.”
“Definitely visit this location if you need quality, competent and quick light bodywork/scratch/paint repair. Small scratch on the bumper required a repair involving repaint. Brought in at 8 am and received back at 2:30pm and you can't tell there was ever a lock of damage done. The staff is also very helpful, kind and friendly! Excellent customer service still exists ladies and gentlemen!”

“I just bought the Wildpeak AT3s a few months ago....Awesome service. Today however, this location went above and beyond. I had a couple of tires that could not be repaired. The damage was due to debris from construction sites on highways 26, 217, I-5 and poor clean up management.
When I bought the tires i also bought coverage. Unfortunately the Wildpeak AT3Ws that I had bought for my 4runner have been discontinued by the manufacturer. DT could not quickly locate the tires that I needed.
They honored both the coverage contract for the damaged tire, replacing it with a new AT4W and also pro-rated the other three new AT4W. An unfortunate series of events resulted in saving me hundreds today.”

“Les Schwab in Milwaukie is the best customer serviced based repair shop I've experienced in years. I had a terrible experience with 2 of their other stores; HWY 212 in Clackamas and NE Division St. in Portland. First off, I had an account on HWY 212 and bought $1200.00 in new tires. 2 of them leaked air and went flat every week for months. When I asked them to fix the problem they said my wheels were bad and needed to buy another $1200.00 for new wheels. Out of frustration I called the Milwaukie center, asked them if they would warranty 212's work and they said yes. I immediately transferred my account to them where they fixed the wheel problem by simply cleaning them with the tires off. I haven't had a problem since and it's been 2 years.
Then, last year my daughter had a tire problem on her little car and contacted the Division St. store. They told her she needed $1200.00 in new tires. That's what I paid for my big truck! So I contacted Milwaukie and got a new quote for $400.00 for a full set. I added my daughter to my account and will never visit the other two stores again. They're both criminal in their charges!”

“A Les Schwab, Lake Grove, Oregon sales rep suggested I try a set of 245/35R-21XL 96Y ION EVO ALL SEASON tires when I was replacing a worn out set of Michelins on my older Tesla Model S. I was skeptical after running Michelins for more than 12 years on the S, but went with his suggestion. Fabulous choice, simply for the road noise reduction. The car has never run so silent! These may be one of the first tires designed specifically for electric cars, and they have delivered a great result. Not sure about ultimate tire mileage yet, but the noise reduction was worth the switch.”
