“I've been with Umpqua (now Colombia) Bank for 18 years and they ALWAYS treat me well. Especially true of the Lebanon branch which I use the most. No matter what your business is, you cannot please everybody. They are usually busy. The tellersusually het people thru very fast. If you need a customer service rep at the desks well, you may have to wait awhile. But it is worth it. They take the time to make sure all of your needs are met”

“I needed the in network ATM. It has it's own drive thru lane. I have a smaller car and I wasn't sure I was going to make it in without scraping up my car. I do like their ATM though!”
