This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The service was fast and friendly. The evening cookies were a nice touch. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. The bathroom was roomy enough with thick, big towels and even makeup specific wash cloths. The fridge was cold and spacious enough for our cold items. There was a coffee maker with K-cups ready to use. We didn’t visit the outside pool but looked like it would’ve been fun. The location was fine, close to a very good Mexican restaurant (Ixtapa). The breakfast and bar grill was delicious! There’s a koi pond with a nature trail behind (but part of) the hotel, which was relaxing! 100% will be back.”
