Absolutely ridiculous. They charged 2 extra $ to my account, it was 89 now it's 91. And sure in the hell doesn't matter when you set up a payment date because they'll shut off your damn phone anyways.

I went into Verizon to deal with getting a new phone after the old one had been stolen. After an unpleasant interaction at a different location I went to Lebanon. I was helped by Carley A, and it was the best experience I’ve had with Verizon since starting our plan. She was so nice and offered help with everything I needed and was able to get everything set up in what felt like a ridiculously short amount of time. If there was an option to tip her for her service I would’ve. Carley deserves a raise and I will return to her for service every time.

Honestly my experience today was amazing. Went into the store to get takin off my old plan with family onto a different plan with my fiancé. Come to find out the wife was was eligible for an upgrade that didn’t show up online. Then secondly they were extremely helpful and patient as I needed to jump through some hoops to keep my number. Overall an amazing personal experience at the Lebanon Verizon .

Derrick was the most helpful person I ran across in a very long time, when I first started with Verizon I had another helpful young man ( Shane) Derrick went beyond trying to help,,I recommend Verizon to anyone who needs or Wants to purchase a phone, tablet, watch,,any device,,,,you can't go wrong with Verizon,,thanks to both.
