“Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! They got me in for a quote right away, scheduled my Jeep Wrangler fender replacement within two weeks, and completed the repair the same day. You honestly can’t even tell anything ever happened, it looks perfect! They were professional, efficient, incredibly reasonably priced, and wonderful to work with. I’m so grateful and highly, highly recommend them!”

“I had a very positive experience with J&W CarStar. I mean, it sucks that somebody hit my car, but Katy and Kendra were very friendly and helpful. They went through my estimate line by line with me to help me understand exactly what everything was, and generally did their best to help make everything as smooth and painless as possible. I appreciate the clear communication and excellent customer service.”

“We had the best experience with the team at VW of McMinville! They made the entire process as smooth as possible, and made my daughter’s experience buying her first car one to remember. We appreciated the fact that they respected our time by having the vehicle and paperwork all ready for us when we arrived (we drove 3 1/2 hours). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy!”

“I want to give kudos to the folks at McMinnville Volkswagen. I had been pondering getting new car in my near future when I stopped by to get some turn signal bulbs for my long mileage 2011 Audi TT. While there I looked at what they had on the lot. I wound up test driving and then buying a 2017 Golf Alltrack (with 40 miles on the odometer). I was pleasantly pleased with the entire staff as I went through the process of making my decision. The car was all that I needed. The best part was I bought a great car at an amazing price (Volkswagen authorized). At no time did I feel pressured to buy the car. My salesman was very courteous to me and my lady and never pressured us into a decision. They worked with me to get a deal that made financial sense to me, I got a good trade in for my Audi”

“Hanna and Corey made buying our new Trailseeker a breeze. Very helpful, low pressure, on a car that is in high demand that they probably could have sold a couple times over with little effort. They gave us a fair deal on our trade-in as well.”
