My girlfriend and Idid stop in this car quest in Sheridan Oregon as we were waiting for a person to help them with their rig - RV at this time we really did not need the parts we purchased but would need them at a later date ( Terry) was very helpful as we talked and we did purchase the parts. “I had a hard time getting the correct fittings for my hydraulic clutch for my racecar. I originally went to there competition (where I have a account at) but they were not very helpful. Jim however at this location, was super helpful and got us the right parts. I haven't always had the best luck at Napa. But any time I have had Jim helping me, I have had great customer service. It's great to have the old school guys who still care about customer service.”

“I’ve been a customer for 20+yrs and had the pleasure of driving by unannounced from the east coast on a Saturday morning to find Collin at the shop getting ready to dyno tune a 400+ air cooled beetle.
