We have been member of Chase for 25+ years. Went today to get Notary Service. Manager says they are busy and cannot do it. He did refer me to UPS store. Guess we may consider changing banks for this Customer No Service branch. Very disappointing.

Had a very nice experience setting up a bank account there.

Would not answer the phone !!!! Have called quite a few times because I’m sick and can’t go in and I’m a chase customer. Local branches of banks seem to suck these days
