Umpqua Bank provides stellar service with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Customers report excellent, professional, and five-star service, where the team is super nice and easy to work with. The staff goes above and beyond to help, ensuring clients are in and out with no trouble. They are awesome in helping resolve issues. While a past merger had a bumpy beginning, service is now consistently good. Customers are always greeted with a smile inside the branch and at the drive-through, making it a wonderful bank to do business with.
Crystal, Katina, Brooke, and all the other girls here have always been super nice and easy to work with. I’ve been banking here for over a decade and I’ve never received any less than 5 star service!

Have an issue with AT&T, they are auto pay, I ask to not let them take a payment, they were awesome in helping me. Been here thru their merger with Columbia Bank, was bumpy beginning, but now that they know me, it's good.
