“Showed up on a day that they weren't open but the owner was there and she let us in. Found some cute decor and even saw a sign with my deceased son's birthday so I took a picture. Sweet owner. The store is very appealing, lots of things to choose from lots of cute ways that it's displayed. I had my grandkids with me so I made it a quick trip but I could easily browse around if I had more time with one of my friends and when they are open”
“Excellent customer service!!! We worked with 2 different gentlemen and they were both very kind, patient and helpful. They were very informative. The first bed we picked, we ended up not liking and wanted to exchange it. My husband and I both work until 5pm and the guys at Encore were happy and willing to work with us even though it was close to closing when we got there. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all. All in all, our experience with Encore has been GREAT!!! We can’t wait to bring our son in to get him a new bed too! Definitely going to be long term customers! “This has to be the cleanest antique store I have ever been to. Many items that I have not seen before at any of the other local shops. New brands to learn and look at. They have tons to look at. Well stocked and they have lockers for you to set your items while you shop. The owner/staff noticed what we were shopping for and directed us towards the “shops” that they knew were carrying it. They took the items and held them for us and by the time that we were ready to go, they had already rang up and wrapped our items and put them in a box. Very helpful and great service. Many items to look at and very reasonable prices!”

“The holidays are coming snd I'm making lists, I always find things I wanted and usually end up with things I didn't know they had or I didn't know I wanted until I saw it here. I spend most of my time in the kitchen, foods, spices, and candy sections.
The store is clean, easy to move around and finding help is always simple.
Now the holidays is good here there very good at keeping up with the seasonal change.”

“I came into bring some clothes for resale and I had a wonderful experience with that part of consignment was so easy a child could have done it very simple. From that department I asked the clerk where to find what I was looking for and it was right there where she said very knowledgeable of inventory which saves me time I really had a positive with all employees start to finish I hope that this shop remains a long time and prices were comparable to other used clothing stores so I still feel I got a good deal thanks so much”
