“Showed up on a day that they weren't open but the owner was there and she let us in. Found some cute decor and even saw a sign with my deceased son's birthday so I took a picture. Sweet owner. The store is very appealing, lots of things to choose from lots of cute ways that it's displayed. I had my grandkids with me so I made it a quick trip but I could easily browse around if I had more time with one of my friends and when they are open”

“It's a Ross Dress for Less. I don't expect it to be some posh place. They have a huge variety of everything, what can I say? One thing I don't like is that you can't take your cart to your car. So if you have a lot of things, you have to go get your car and park it in front of the store. I hate doing that. Lately, I have noticed there are very few cashiers and the line has been extremely long quite a few of the last visits. Enough to where I realized I didn't need my items that badly. I know that may not be the store's "fault," so I'm just mentioning it for now. I have always been greeted kindly and gotten happy, helpful employees. I do like that it's a place you can go for affordable clothes, bedding, electronics, etc. They have a variety of your cheaper, lesser quality clothes and also the higher end brands as well.”

“Excellent customer service!!! We worked with 2 different gentlemen and they were both very kind, patient and helpful. They were very informative. The first bed we picked, we ended up not liking and wanted to exchange it. My husband and I both work until 5pm and the guys at Encore were happy and willing to work with us even though it was close to closing when we got there. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all. All in all, our experience with Encore has been GREAT!!! We can’t wait to bring our son in to get him a new bed too! Definitely going to be long term customers!
