“Shopping World Market online can be a pain, especially when trying to buy online & pick up in store. But the actual location itself seems to be left understated. The layout inside feels open and navigable. They've got a pretty good expanded selection of snacks and food, plus the home decor is pretty and utterly distracting in the best way possible. If you want to test your self discipline when you are in a time crunch, come on down! Bonus points to you if you make it out the store without blowing your last paycheck! :DWhat makes it for me is the great customer service. I have to give a shoutout to Chris at checkout. I've seen him at this store during my visits this past year. Not only is he courteous, but he is prompt and keeps an even keel when a line builds up. He is equipped to ask for help and back up when you can visibly notice that the fast paced, high pressure environment of a store goes up a notch or two. And he is attentive with your purchase and will promptly wrap up any of your fragile ceramic/glass home good items. It goes to show that this is not his first rodeo of retail service. When I stopped in last week to pick up an online order, he quickly brought out my items, and was forthcoming about the condition of my large metal planter. I wouldn't have noticed the defect but he pointed out to me that the planter looked a little misshapen most likely due to when it was packed and handled. He welcomed me to look at what remaining inventory was left on the shelves & although there was no guarantee that any of the ones left on shelf were any better (as they also had some minor blemishes, maybe one or two were also slightly misshapen) that if I had wanted to pick out one that I liked I could take it to the checkout stand and he would help me with exchanging the items. That is stellar customer service and I hope he is recognized from both customers and his workplace for his awesome service on the frontlines.”

“I have been a customer since they opened in Keizer. I get my horse food and dog food from this store. They carry most brands of horse & dog food so you should find what you need. I have also purchased clothing for myself and for gifts. You can find just about anything you need at Cascade. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you if needed. They are great at loading my purchases in my vehicle. I recommend Cascade Farm Store, you won't be disappointed.”

“Ross is like a 50 50 some days you fine the best stuff for a low price, but some days you fine not good stuff. some ross in different towns or states are better but I still like my ross.”
